Chocolate for breakfast!
There’s a lot of concern among my newly diagnosed patients that eating healthy or following a PCOS-friendly meal plan has to be hard. It doesn’t.
And as proof, I’m sharing with you one of my favorite smoothie recipes…and encouraging you to eat chocolate for breakfast! Why? Because raw cacao is good for you: it’s packed full of antioxidants and even protein!
Now you can get your chocolate fix and find freedom from PCOS!
CHOCOLATE MINT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 large handful spinach
¼ piece banana
2-4 tablespoons raw cacao (adjust to your preference)
2 tablespoons fresh mint
Squirt of stevia
½ cup ice (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
Serves 1.
