This is a great PCOS-friendly breakfast that’s full of healthy fats and packed with protein to keep you satisfied all morning long! Plus, it tastes a-maz-ing!
Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 scoop plant protein powder – VEGA is a great brand
½ banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 carrots, shredded
Blend and enjoy!
Serves 1.
