This peanut butter smoothie makes a great on-the-go, oh-no-where-are-my-keys breakfast. In other words…Monday’s breakfast. If you’re super pressed for time, go ahead and blend the smoothie the night before, and chill in the fridge overnight in a sealed cup. Before drinking, shake the mix ingredients that may have settled.
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened, all natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 ice cubes
dash of cinnamon, cocoa nibs, pumpkin spice, or unsweetened coconut flakes (if desired)
Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
